Rabbanit Leah Sarna'sMinimalist Passover Guidewalks one through everything needed to host a seder. Similarly, for those running a Seder for the first time, feel free to consult Jeff’s Pesach Essentials. .
Consult this guide for advice on how to Kasher your kitchen.
Use the OU Passover Guide for general questions, such as which items require special Passover certification and which do not.
The Shul will be collecting charity for the Mitzvah of Ma’ot Chitim, the Passover commandment to ensure that the poor in one's neighborhood are taken care of before engaging in one's own Seder. Donations can be made to the Shul here. Please select 'Maot Chitim' from the drop-down menu. The money will be dedicated specifically to causes focused on feeding the hungry locally in New York, such as the Bowery Mission and Masbia Soup Kitchen.
Consider buying Pesach wine from fellow congregants Larissa and Ami Nahari's company. The shul gets 5% back from the retailer and the Naharis will match the donation.

ABOUT RABBI LEEAD STALLER
As you are aware, Rabbi Leead Staller previously informed the congregation of his decision to leave the shul at the end of his contract, which was set to expire in June. Last week, Rabbi Staller notified the shul Board that he was resigning his position effective immediately. The Board thanks Rabbi Staller for his dedicated service, tremendous energy, outstanding scholarship, and community outreach during his tenure. The Board is focused on continuation of the activities of the congregation and welcomes the input of all of its members. Update: We are pleased to learn that Rabbi Staller and Shoshana Bachrach will serve as the couple in residence, replacing Rabbi Joe Wolfson and Corinne Shmuel, at the Jewish Learning Initiative on NYU's campus, a program of the Orthodox Union to help students thrive and observe key aspects of Jewish life in secular campus environments. Rabbi Joe and Corinne are moving to Israel with their daughter's Mika and Tal where they will expand the reach of the JLIC in Tel Aviv.
Misheberach:We pray that all who are sick may have a full recovery. To add a name to our communal misheberach prayer list, email us.

If you have a Yhartzeit coming up, please reach out! These moments of gathering are so meaningful and special, but they need a little bit of forewarning to plan so don't be shy. And, as always, feel free to update your Shul account info with Yhartzeit dates either on your own, at www.stantonstshul.com, or emailJill with the info.

We care deeply about the safety of our community. Our policy will be updated based on prevailing public health guidelines and conditions.
Security Protocols for Entering Shul:
At all times as a security precaution, please use the code to enter the door on the right side of the building. If you do not know the code, knock and someone will let you in.
As we pray for the safety of our Jewish family in Ukraine and all communities in affected areas, we encourage you to do what you can to make a difference.
Please consider making a donation to UJA Federation. They and their partners have been on the ground in Ukraine since the beginning fulfilling emergency needs such as emergency relief for those who are homebound or have disabilities, humanitarian supplies, refugee aid, and the facilitation of Aliyah for those trying to leave the country.
Anything you can give will help support these efforts; thank you in advance for stepping up to support the critical needs in Ukraine as the crisis continues to unfold. Kindly donate here.
