Upcoming Event: Please join us on Saturday night, September 28th, for the first night of selichot at Sixth Street Community Synagogue! This will be a joint program between Sixth Street and Stanton and we are looking forward to transitioning into the Yamim Noraim together. Selichot will be preceded by a communal kumtitz and words of Torah. Starting time is still to be determined but be on the lookout for the announcement.

Fast of Gedalia: Sunday, October 6th Fast begins at 5:37am and ends at 7:10pm Yom Kippur: Friday, October 11th, 6:00pm Kol Nidre Services (Please refer to myzmanim.com for local fast beginning and end times) Saturday, October 12th, 9am Services in Shul, 4:25pm Mincha & 5:40pm Neilah Services, followed by Maariv, Havdalah & a Light Break-Fast October 12, Childcare provided from 10am - 2pm, Family Services for Young Children and their Caregivers will take place downstairs from 10:30am - 11:30am. High Holiday Family Services: On both days of Rosh Hashana (October 3rd and October 4th) and on Yom Kippur (October 12th), we will be holding High Holiday Family Services for children and their families and/or caregivers. Please see details on timing above. Services will consist of a fun and explanatory program including singing, prayer, and other interactive activities. Snacks will be provided. Families must register ahead of time for the service/s they plan to attend. Dear Stanton Community,
We are shaking from the war breaking out in Israel. Hamas has fired thousands of rockets, over 136 citizens are hostages, and over 1,200 Israelis are dead with thousands more wounded. There are also thousands dead in Gaza -- innocent civilians caught in the line of fire.
This is unprecedented and the most deadly attack on Israel in a generation. We must take action. In addition to our prayers, we ask you to consider making a generous donation to one of the listed causes.
